ABOUT ME

I have been twice to Japan and once to Haiti. I enjoy helping people that welcome it. I love to travel, and I really like being around the compassionate. I'm always happy, critical at times... a logical thinker, but very spiritual too. I absolutely love the arts and appreciate people gifted in any aspect of it.

PHILOSOPHY

I try very hard to view all things objectively, and to make choices without applying my selfish desires so that the act of persuing a life style that includes compassion and hope allows me to effortlessly become the kind of person I would love to be.

I've no current couchsurfing experiences, but I think it's great.

Interests

I really like to cook big meals with friends and family. I love fishing, camping, hiking, exploring...
I try to sketch and am picking up on painting better. I write... I kept a journal after my first traveling experience in Japan that made me appreciate it more, so I try to continue with writing. I'm in a coed softball team, and I'm in a bible studies group.
I love music, though not gifted in it. I appreciate what musicians have to give and I enjoy being exposed to thier work.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read about whatever I happen to be interested in learning about at the time. I like works by Hofstadter, and I like novels based on events in history. Les Miserables is still my all time favorite novel.

I listen to MeWithoutYou, He is Legend, Emery, Tegan and Sara, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Damien Rice, and a lot more.
