ABOUT ME

Born and raised in the sunny beach town of Santa Cruz, California. Traveled tons with my family over the course of my life: Thailand, Bolivia, Peru, England, Kenya, and such and such such such such. Went surfing at age fourteen and haven't been back since - seriously, surfing will ruin your life!! Ha, just kidding :) Play drums, like, full kit and stuff and stuff, and hand drums and bongos and congos AND DJEMBE, YEAH! Guitar tooooo. Trumpet? Don't want to hear it - sounds like a gaggle of geesty-geeze in traffic... honk honk honk. Actually,er,I play trumpet too :)

Graduated from the University of Santa Cruz California in the spring of 2007 with a BA in anthropology and went directly to Ireland for a three month sojourn from thinking about what I really have to do in life - like get a job and make a s@%tload of money :) Ironically enough, I did get a job in Ireland. I was a waiter. I got fired. Whatever, I didn't like that job anyway.

I;m now in the process of moving to San Francisco. I'm currently in the city sleeping at friends' houses when available.

I like surfing, music playing and listening, puns, writing poetry and songs and lyrics and rants and raves and abstract and absurd and... trying new beers, funny face-offs, I have a wonderful family - and extended family - back home. I've never moved away from home until now. I'm super excited to try and make music be a larger part of my life.

Well, I don't really have my own house to offer so I'm keeping my availability at coffee and conversation. When I settle down I'll give everything I've received back, honestly.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Sixty foot Waimea Bay on a velvet love seat... no cushions! Wha... uh... Oh! CouchSurfing like the website and... heh... not like surfing waves on a couch. Well that's alright cuz I never surfed Waimea on anything so... yeah.
