About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be a peacemaker!
ABOUT ME
I'm fairly tall and skinny, and I have brownish-red hair and green eyes, and big ears. I sing a lot, mostly to myself, but sometimes in a choir. I love Jesus and He loves me back. I'm studying ancient Greek right now, and I'd like to learn Latin and Hebrew as well, and then, who knows? I've heard that once you learn three languages or so, you start to pick them up really easily. I would like that. I'm a theology major at Seattle Pacific University, a small Christian university with an urban, progressive streak. I love homeless kids. I love theology, philosophy, and literature, and will talk about them gladly with most anyone. I'm struggling to become an ex-suburbanite. Jesus lives. That's all.
PHILOSOPHY
To do justice, love mercy, and to walk humbly with my God.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I have a home, I extend hospitality to others. When I'm abroad, I rely on others' hospitality!
Interests
Theology, philosophy, homelessness, urban ministry, poverty, but mostly people. All that stuff doesn't matter---the people behind them matter a great deal.

Teach, Learn, Share
If you want to talk about philosophy and God and religion and Jesus, I'm your man. I'd love to hear what you have to say. I'd love to learn about your culture and literature and tradition and all of that stuff---even if you're just from, I don't know, San Francisco. That's pretty far away.
