ABOUT ME

I live in a small apartment down town Odense. I often have a very busy schedule so I might not be able to offer you my couch but I would like to meet if possible, show you around and/or tell you about things to do and see in Odense and on Funen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to travel and get to know people while I travel. I have studied intercultural relations and would like to take a more active part in "making the world a better place" by meeting people, through intercultural relations and exchange.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have previously had great experiences couch surfing in Galicia and Granada, Spain. I haven't been active on Courchsurfing for a while because I have been busy traveling in other ways but now it's time for a fresh start. :)

Interests

I'm curious about many different things in life. Meeting new people is always an opportunity to learn more. I like to move my body and exercize in different ways, especially doing yoga, dancing, kayaking, hiking and riding my bike.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't just pick one...
Going to India for 4 months to travel and become a yoga teacher.
I have built my own kayak.
I moved to Greenland for one year when I was 15 to live with and work for a Danish family.
I have had a record contract with Rounder Records in the US and released a CD with a band.
I have performed live on "A prairie Home Companion" hosted by Garrison Keillor.
I backpacked on my own in Southeast Asia in 1989.
