ABOUT ME

I spent the latest years traveling around, on the Silk Road first and then in Africa. It was really great eventhough I did not know CS at that stage.
Time to settle came, and I got that job in Moscow, so I'll eventually made the big step, and moved abroad to start a new chapter in my life.

After this Moscovite year, moving to so much warmer İstanbul, THE City I've been dreaming to discover from the inside since ... hooo ! so much time !

After those 6 years abroad, I'm bavk in France. Let's see what comes next !

PHILOSOPHY

Let's live experiences one after the other. Life is long and there are as many moments as faces you can imagine for your own personality.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a nomadic, I was more a guest then a host.
Housesharing in Moscow prevent me to host as İ wanted.
I used the CS community to get in touch with nice people in new places, and I enjoy the meetıngs and gathering very much.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, my first meetings were ... terrific may not even be enough.
I started to surf and move with cs people, and I think it's just a begining !
(2009, Istanbul) Lots of requests, some surfers home, some very nice moments.
By the way, if you come surfing, you are welcome but just be aware that İ am not a hostel with full service included, and that you'll probably have to fit with my working and personnal schedule ...

Interessen

I can play some guitar and sing, not always in time or in tune, but with pleasure, which I've been doing for years now.
I play some violon too, because I met that musician in an Irish pub some years ago.
I also like playing any kind of game, especially game of Go ; I don't like computer games though. And actually, I hate poker :8
When I don't play I read, I travel, I chat with friends, I learn languages, I walk here and there, I drink beers or vodka ...

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Swing, swing, swing, with or without Django.
Some chanson, the kind with nice texts that mean something. French Masters, like Brassens, Barbara or Nougaro, but also this new alive french scene ...
Classical music, I met JS Bach not so long ago, and it was an amazing moment.
All right, some rock music too, but not too much, a nice concert is a good, but try to take me clubbing.Or maybe in a Türküevı? ;-P

Charly Chaplin films, and some others, but I never remember the titles.

I read a bunch of road books these latest months but I usually prefer good novels.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I went all the way from France to China after I dreamt about it during over ten years ...
and then cross one third of Africa the same year ...

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach my home language (french).
Game of Go as well.
How to pack your bag (but you already know that, don't you ?)
I trıed to learn russian, and it was difficult - I hope not to forget absolutely everything, but it seems that every turkish word İ learn takes the place of the russian one !
So now working on turkish.
