ABOUT ME

Graduated 2009 with my B.S. in Mathematics, but have decided to change routes and worked as a physical therapy tech in Richmond, VA. Finished my DPT in 2014 and have been a Physical Therapist in Phoenix/Scottsdale, AZ for a decade. Most recently, became a trauma & somatic informed mindset & transformation coach 💜

I'd say I'm a pretty laid back person and I'm easy to get along with...up for any and all adventures :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I frequently use CS for meetup groups and to find people to explore the city with, whether they are a traveler in my city, or I am the one visiting somewhere! Most recently I used it a lot for the meetups in Sydney, Australia while I lived there for 4 months and met some amazing people. I have not lived somewhere that allowed me to host for the past few years (either because of skeptical roommates or I was living with friends during rotations), but I hope to be able to host again soon!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some really cool people through CS meetups, and couchsurfed in Tampa during my senior yr spring break...great time! The next year I actually hosted those CSers when I lived in SC. I couchsurfed in AZ when I first went to check out the school I am now at, and then have surfed with people during my 3 cross country roadtrips between school and home!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Hiked Dunnes River Falls in Jamaica
-Nearly missed falling into the water in Venice
-Went to Easter Mass at the Vatican
-Hiked between towns in Cinque Terre
-Took tours of several Holocaust concentration camps in Poland
-Pet a kangaroo in Australia
-Spent 4 days on a boat in the Whitsunday Islands where I snorkeled and swam with sting rays and reef sharks
-swam with turtles in Akumal, MX

Teach, Learn, Share

If anyone is willing to help me learn the guitar, please let me know! I've always wanted to learn, but I need someone to help me get started.

I am always willing to teach dance (country swing, east coast swing, ballroom), share recipes.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If you have any injuries and really want them looked at, I can likely help out there (if I'm not super drained from work lol)
