About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm a writer and I want to see the world through my eyes and describe it myself. I'm tired of reading other people's perceptions of places.

ABOUT ME

I'm a kindred spirit. I love meeting random people and hearing all about them. I'm probably the only Puertorrican that can't dance, but at the same time I speak perfect English, so I guess it kinda evens out. I travel regularly, but have an urge to follow wherever the road takes me for a few years, now more than ever. My one soulmate just devastated me and that was the only reason I was staying put. I'm saving enough money for a motorcycle and cash to see at least Canada, Mexico, and the States right now, but when I get my bike and enough cash so I'm not bummin around wherever I go, I'm goin'!

PHILOSOPHY

My meaning of life?! Hmm. I do lean towards Christiandom more than anything, but I believe in reincarnation. If you have a choice on what you can be reincarnated as, would you pick being a human or maybe something else, just because it's something you've never done? Therefore, whatever matter of creature you are you should experience everything that life has to offer during whatever life you're in.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My house here where I live is the Haven. People come over here to find kindred spirits and to see that no matter what happens, life will go on and you will be happy. As long as you're not evil or a thief you are welcome in my place and most get a greeting fit for kings. Of course, I live in the serious boondocks, but there's nothing more beautiful than the country during sunset.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Back when I lived in Columbus, OH, I was the Guy on the Couch. My home was wherever there was a couch to occupate. I've lived with so many people that I can get along with anyone, and I've proved it on many occasions. It's not that I'm so irresponsible that I can't have my own place as much as that I'm the kinda guy that has to have people around them most of the time, preferrably meeting as many people as I can. If you have your own place, your couch people only change one or three at a time. Basically, what I'm trying to say is that you meet way more people being the couch person than being the person with the couch.

Interests

Life!! I'm interested in everything, but wildly interested in anything I've never seen or heard of before. My seriously favorite things are vehicles (there's so many devices of transportation that that's the easiest way to say it), sports, books, art, music, and food.

Music, Movies, and Books

The Grateful Dead (that includes Ratdog, Phil & Friends, etc.), Ekoostik Hookah, That 1 Guy, Jimmy, Janis, Jim, Zeppelin, Bob, Santana, Blue Oyster Cult, Beethoven, Wu-Tang, and on and on and on and on music wise. There's almost no music I don't listen to. Same with movies. Bookwise? I love Stephen King, but I also like Ann Rice, Peter Straub, Dean Koontz, Hunter Thompson, actually, if it's interesting I'll read it. Kinda like a modern Renaissance man, actually, just not as knowledgeable, but always willing to learn.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I broke the speed record on Cougar Lane, the road that led to the parking lot at my high school (Sylvania Southview) at 147 MPH in my dad's VR-4. I don't know what it is now but it was only in the 120's when I went there.
