ABOUT ME
''Pay it forward Fridays''...Be a part of it
My Name is Jonathan Arland, I am a Los Angeles artist/sculptor who works with recycled materials and donate half of all my proceeds to various charties. Thru my art I am trying to start a national movement called "Pay it forward Fridays" What I am trying to create is a day when everyone goes out of thier way to do a random act of kindness, for example, give a sandwich to a homeless person, hold the door for the person behind you, give someone the right of way in traffic, visit a senior or sick person who has no one in thier life, make a donation to a charity, say hello to someone who you walk by. in other words lets change the direction that our society is going in and try to make the world a better place. It all starts with you. If your not part of the solution, your part of the problem. Be good to one another. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Feel free to copy this and send it to friends.

Read the entire profile of each Couch Surfer you want to surf with, out of respect for the person's house your gonna stay at.Also when you travel you must realize your a guest, which means clean up after yourself, don't help your self to food thats not designated for you, and always do the right thing. I write this after hosting 100s of surfers some who know better and others that don't. Be cool people, I love hosting but not being taken advantage of. I say this because there a new wave of people entering the C.S. program who are homeless and free loading, I don't think this was the original intent of Couch Surfing. Dont get me wrong, I still love you all.... One more thing always leave a review, good or bad
