Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am working my way through the ranks to be a professional cyclist.
ABOUT ME
I can be an extrovert and an introvert. I enjoy my down time just as much as going out. I am a competitive cyclist and most my free time is spent training. I work at a grocery store called Trader Joe's and I am also a photographer and run my own photo booth business (I rent it out to parties and events). Traveling isn't as important to me as it used to be but I am in love with Latin America and I enjoy meeting the adventurous sort.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe we are given one life and one chance so make the best of it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have some floor space and hopefully soon a couch for new friends to stay on, I am pretty busy these days with work, photography and training for cycling. As long as I am free, I am happy to have guests stay over and maybe show them around. I am new to Long Beach but from southern California so I am sure there is lots I can suggest.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
none yet but looking forward to it

Music, Movies, and Books
I like foreign films, films by Wes Anderson, the Cohen brothers, I like a lot of movies. I like to read books by Albert Camus, Milan Kundera, and believe it or not but i liked Gone with the wind a lot. I like indie or alternative rock for the most part
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My travels have been fun but currently I am most proud of my cycling achievements. Last year I did three 200 mile bike rides in one day, one of them in death valley and that was amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a curious observer and I enjoy meeting and learning about new people. I have a degree in photography if you want to geek out about that. I am an aspiring cyclist if you want to go for a ride. I used to be a decent surfer but have been trying to get back into it lately, I can at the least give you tips and probably lend a board.
