I love to get out of the city and out of the crowds, Backpacking is my passion I try to go as often as possible. Been a vegetarian for about 30 years, I don’t preach and if I make a mistake, and the onion soup has beef broth for a base I don’t freak out. I do make a mean spinach enchilada casserole
Two years ago I got very sick, don’t worry it wasn’t contagious I had a few organs get twisted up, led to an infection that went to my heart so I had to get fixed up, but there is nothing like waking up and having a guy with a surgical mask standing over you with defibrillators paddles in his hand to change your views on life a Procrastination and putting thing of till tomorrow.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Originally I wanted to be a host, I thought it would be cool to meet new people get different points of view. But I have too many out of work relatives who needed a place to stay to make that work
For the last few years I really have the travel bug want to see everything, and with Couchsurfing I hope to make it happen

I read a lot and try to learn a lot, I try to start a project to learn a new one every month, this month it’s going to be juggling, last month it was learning to toss a pizza crust (my poor kitchen ceiling)
