ABOUT ME

Mel loves to bake delicious breads and cakes and cookies. She also likes to cook lots of brown rice and Indian lentils. She is a farmers' market manager and sells tofu all day. She likes to be outside all the time or inside playing Wii bowling. She loves the movies Point Break and Roadhouse which are both quality films that Garrett doesn't enjoy at all.

Garrett is an artist who likes to play with dirt and take pictures of natural things that look like boobs and butts. He really loves pizza and more pizza and mel's hot buns. He also loves to surf all over the coast!

Together we are one mean hiking, surfing, eating, cooking, dancing, machine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We host more often than surf because we can't travel all the time, although we'd like to. We love hosting!

Interests

the beach, the woods, our tent, our cacti and succulents, traveling to far away places, gardening, sleeping, watching movies, grilling vegetables, eating noodles and chocolate but not together, meeting new folks from around the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Garrett has crapped off the side of a cliff.

Mel has made chocolate from scratch. And by scratch she means starting by chopping the cacao pod off the tree.

Mel will teach you to bake if you teach her all the past tenses in Spanish!!!
