Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted friends and some couch surfers, though we didn't meet through CS. I did couch surf a couple times for a few days, it was a great experience.

Interests

I love to walk, hike, explore, play, enjoy quality time in beautiful places. I enjoy being in nature, camping with good company, cooking, music making, sunrise/sunset/star gazing, breathing fresh air, stacking rocks, conversing, sharing stories, laughing, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

Different music inspires me at different times. I consistently love Bob Marley and the Wailers, particularly the early years. I enjoy Mozart and some other classical music. I like folk music from around the world. Early ska, classic jams, jazz, some pop and rock, funk, old r&b, it's all good. I enjoy classic film, documentaries, comedy, drama, foreign film, independent film.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The times I've gone hiking and camping have been so much fun. I am amazed with nature and all expressions of life.
Traveling and exploring in Colombia was an incredibly rich and amazing experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm learning spanish now and I'd like to continue learning other languages. I'm learning more about nutrition, detoxing, cellular regeneration/health processes. I want to learn about edible plant/mushroom identification, natural medicine/nutrition, general permaculture practices, building homes and gardens.
I have some experience growing food and building various hydroponic systems. I can teach guitar and basic music fundamentals. I'm a good rock stacker. I excel at collecting sticks and making fire.
