Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's a great way to meet new people and explore cities from local perspective.
I am not a regular user anymore but I had good experience from few years back: 2008 in Western Europe and in 2009 in the Balkans. I also stayed with CS on shorter trips in Italy, Spain or Serbia.

Music, Movies, and Books
This is my favourite trio (add coffee to it!).
music: a good mix of everything - soul, blues, rock, electro
films: above all Tarantino, Burton, Kubrick, Wes Anderson
books: fantasy, sci-fi, fiction, non-fiction - you name it
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiked and couchsurfed across Western Europe (5 000 km) and the Balkans (another 5 000 km) with a bunch of friends
Solo traveled for almost 1,5 years through Southeast Asia
Volunteered for almost 3 months in a Buddhist monastery and meditation center in Myanmar
Solo hitch hiked through Myanmar and Thailand
And many more - amazing things are happening all the time!
Teach, Learn, Share
In my travels I'm looking for genuine human interactions, so I'm all up for a good, honest conversation.
Happy to share my experience of travelling solo too.
And there is the practical stuff too - I can show you how to make your favorite dessert, teach you how to play some cool board games or share my passion for growing house plants.
What I Can Share with Hosts
