CURRENT MISSION
grow up without becoming a grown-up.
ABOUT ME
I recently graduated from art college and I'm excited to explore the world!
I'm pretty laid-back and I love people. In my free time I read good books and go out dancing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I went around western Europe right after college with a combination of hostels and CouchSurfing and had an amazing time. I also met up with some fellow CSers in SE Asia when I was there last year.

Music, Movies, and Books
MOVIES: Dr. Strangelove, Wayne's World, Network, Apocalypse Now!, The Birdcage. I also watch a lot of documentaries - lately I've taken an interest in food politics and so have been watching some good films about that.
MUSIC: Hmm... Current favorites include Swans (whom I just saw!), Jesus & Mary Chain, Wire, Bauhaus, The Fall.
Long-tern standbys include the Pixies, Sonic Youth, Beck, the Silver Jews, Leonard Cohen.
BOOKS: Yes, please! Favorites include Nabokov, Oscar Wilde, David Foster Wallace, Virginia Woolf, Dostoyevsky.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once saw a gangster storm into a Rite Aid in the middle of the night demanding salad dressing.
I also went skydiving once in Montana, which was amazing and terrifying.
Teach, Learn, Share
I know how to do these things:
-Screenprint
-Draw (during my stay on Lopez Island I drew a portrait of my hosts' house; maybe I could draw something for you, too).
-Make badass deviled eggs
-Tell an an embarrassingly large number of lame, lame jokes
Countries I’ve Visited
Cambodia, France, Germany, Ireland, Laos, Spain, Thailand, Viet Nam
Countries I’ve Lived In
United States
