ABOUT ME

Cass and Gill are mates. We plan to travel together next year. We are getting into couchsurfing as a way to start our travels early from home! We live in different houses so potential for two couches. It is usually easier for Gill to host though.

Gill - I'm 41, female. Love to cook, drink good coffee, reasonable to good wine and never say no to a decent cheese. Have lived in Freo most of my life. I have travelled Australia heaps but not overseas and really want to broaden my horizons, meeting travellers and being a traveller.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Gill- My friend Cassie and I are travelling overseas next year. We are hoping to be couchsurfers then, and are going to test the waters by hosting first.

Interests

Gill- love going places and looking at them, so really happy to drive people around depending on work and own semi-busyish social life.
I am a big foodie, so like to eat food, shop for it, try other people's cooking etc.
I'm close to the beach so walk there a lot. In summer there're often dolphins if you get there really early.

Gill- swam with seals off Carnac Island in Perth.
-climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge

Teach, Learn, Share

Gill- Would love to learn another language. I am trying to learn a tiny bit of Italian so I can bumble through when I visit.
I speak and write English pretty well. (am now concerned I have peppered my profile with spelling mistakes and grammatical bugger ups.)
