ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Bulgaria. Nevertheless always loved to travel in my country and mostly abroad - an intensive way to grow and learn.I am an active, positive, sociable and curious person. Ah, freedom-loving, adventurous, too.I enjoy meeting people from various countries, nationalities and cultural backgrounds - probably one of the main reasons I signed up for the website.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosted quite actively for several weeks during the summer of 2008 and 2010, surfed the whole summer of 2009.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, I attended courses in two colleges but CS also educated me as it gave me so much real life experience.

Travelling is a passion that satisfies my inner need for change.Much keen on visiting islands as they're a small piece of land dipped in the sea, simply special.Music - great interest. I love music in general so prefer no division of genres. Languages - hope I will have the time and opportunity to learn more of them. Convinced that the future belongs to those able to speak various languages and adapt easily to diverse environment.Love hiking in mountains because it's pure and untouched by human's hand. If you happen to hike in Bulgaria, should definitely give a look at Rila, Pirin or Rhodopi mountain.I am immensely attracted to the seaside too, the Mediterraenean suits me best so far.

Movies - here are some of my all-time favourites: Forrest Gump, A Clockwork Orange, Black Swan, Se7en, Black Cat White Cat, Match Point, All about my mother, Kill Bill, The Hangover, Fabuleux Destin d'Amelie Poulain.Music - funk, jazz, groovy, pretty open to any style - some names - Bonobo, St. Germain, Sade, Us3, Róisín Murphy, Guru, Common, Chromeo, Massive Attack, Stereophonics, Nina Simone ...I also like listening to local/folklore music wherever I travel to.

Would love to learn sailing and scuba diving.
One thing I could teach you for sure is Cyrillic letters which takes an hour and a few beers or words in Bulgarian - a language similar to Russian, Macedonian and Serbian.
Generally I like to laugh a lot so we might just share stories and jokes!
