About Me

As most of people here, I`m a travel lover and take all the spare time I have to do it. Among many trips accumulated through the years, I`d highlight a 13 months road trip, from SP to Alaska and back with 4 friends from 2012 to 2013. Nowadyas, I'm back to a more "normal" life spending about 10 hours of my day in an office, waiting for weekends and hollidays to go to somewhere else. After more than 10 years living in São Paulo, I`ve learned to enjoy the best of this huge metropolitan city can offer.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The main reason I've joined here was to increase the chance of meeting people with likeness, exchange ideas and cultures.
I've created my profile here a long time ago when I was living with friends in a student house and received many "surfers" through my flatmates, although I wasn't that active on it. Currently, I'm living alone in a 2 rooms flat able to welcome people again after 3 years traveling around.

Interests

Exploring Nature, tracking, camping, outdoor sports overall. In my routine in São Paulo, cycling, playing soccer and jogging are part of it.

Music, Movies, and Books

I consider myself an ecletic person in terms of music, movies and books, More recently, I've been more interested in books about history, specially about Brazil.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've doen so far in my life was the 4x1 expedition. This great experience boils down to a road trip by car made by me and four friends of mine that covered roughly 70 thousand kilometers by the American territory: we left Sao Paulo on June 03 in 2012, reaching Alaska in September, attaining the Ushuaia in May and, thereafter, getting back to São Paulo in July 2013.

In addition to the traveling and the learning experience, landscapes, cultures, food, there was also another important goal which was to find and when possible, to document interesting and inspiring life stories.

Teach, Learn, Share

I believe that interacting with people is the best way to share things, which naturally means teach and learn. As a brazilian and proud of it, I could share all my knowledge about this great place to visit and live, and also about São Paulo. I don't mind if you're someone who is only looking for a free bed as long as you do not bring any disturbance. But defintelly you if you fit in the descrption I gave above about myself, I'm pretty sure u will bring more than your bag.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I live alone and in addition to a bed, my place offers wifi, cable TV, kitchen, living, washing machine. It's located in an area close to most of the facilities that may be need.
