I was a Canadian expat (now I am Indonesian!) married to an Indonesian and have lived in Indonesia since 1993.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Up until 2011, we enjoyed hosting at our home in Kalimantan, the most interesting people from all over the world. We have yet to surf.

Now that we are in transition in moving to Jakarta we cannot host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It is wonderful to get to know so many people from so many diverse cultures and backgrounds! Jakarta couchsurfing communities are diverse. Check out a couple if you can.

Toba Lake is beautiful!!! That is where I will retire with a little coffee shop of my own. Ha! Ha!
