About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To have a purely positive impact on the world and it's inhabitants.

ABOUT ME

For the sake of being honest I am going to have a close friend describe me.

Until that time I will just say that I am a happy, energetic person. I love rding bicycles and doing anything else that is fun.

PHILOSOPHY

Being born into a fortunate situation, we have an ethical duty to help others that are not as fortunate as ourselves. I was fortunate enough to be born in America to two loving, caring parents. I know there are others (animals, as well as humans) that are not born with those advantages and I believe it is essential that I extend a helping hand to them however possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I plan to extend a home away from home to any positively minded individuals.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I have stayed with friends in different cities around the US and allow others to stay at my place, I have not engaged in this activity through an online community. Meeting new people is one of my favorite things to do and I plan to meet many people through this medium.

Interests

Bicycling, exploring, reading, music, movies, learning, loving and living.

Music, Movies, and Books

In movies, I like anything with originality. I know that is a lot to ask for these days.

I like most all forms of music, so this varies.

Chuck Palahniuk is probably my favorite author, I also like Kurt Vonnegut, Jr., Paulo Coelho, and most anything about zen buddhism.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am proud to announce that I was a witness to the soon to be infamous Flaming Lips UFO show, although I feel that this was really more than just a show. This experience has left me with an extremely positive outlook on life and has forced me to rethink just what kind of an impact my actions really have on the world around me.

Teach, Learn, Share

This is really difficult for me to sum up into a paragraph or so. I am willing to impart any wisdom, facts, knowledge or tips on anybody who is willing to listen. Here's one for the books though (some of you may already know this): Texans love Bud Light (except for myself)
