To travel is to explore, to explore is to see, and to see is to learn. I want to learn and experience all this crazy world has to offer.

ABOUT ME

I grew up in a town of 18,000 on the praire of Minnesota, 2 hours from the Twin Cities. I attended college in Chicago and moved to London for a few months. I got on the plan to London with a friend, we had no jobs and nowhere to live. Since then I have been in Minnesota for a time working on my Masters and now I live in Estes Park, Colorado. I teach Elementary Special Education.

I am like a little kid at times. The little things/experinces in life make me happy and excited.

I love to host people and share with them all of the great things to see and do in beautiful Estes Park.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a family of 5 stay with me last summer for 4 nights. The parents and 3 boys ages 10, 8, and 5. We could not leave in the morning until the boys had all taken care of their "business". Their mother sent me a care package with a thank you that included a pack of toliet paper!!

I teach reading so I can help anyone with kids who needs tips on reading strategies. I also have some knowledge of jewlery from working at a jewlery store.
