About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See the world and meet those in it, as well as finding my place in it all.

ABOUT ME

Well, I'm a pretty normal guy I think. I love travel, playing the drums, video games, learning about the world and hanging out with friends over a beer. I love the opportunity to go out and do something new and interesting, to make life an adventure.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is still very much in development but I know that for me this world is meant to be seen and experienced and I plan to experience it as much as I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I backpacked through europe for a month and a half spring of 2009 and couchsurfed almost the whole time. I've also met with some of the locals around my city and hopefully once I get my ass out of my parent's place I can start returning all the hospitality I've been shown.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing in France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland.
Meeting with locals.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love rock and roll, especially alternative and classic. I do have very vaired tastes though, from Metalica to James Brown.

I'm pretty easy going when it comes to movies, I like movies that make you think but I can also appreciate a good action film. Just don't expect me to sit through anything too sappy ;).

I read a lot of non-fiction religion books for school but I can basically read anything and everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rode my bike from Guelph to the East Coast.
Backpacked through Europe, learned tons about myself, for better or for worse, and got a taste of the goodness of people.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can offer the limited knowledge of religion I picked up through my education and my assitance with any household chores you may need doing. On the other hand I'd love to learn more portugese and learn more about the world.

I would also love to just share cultures with people around the world. Open cultural dialogue is very exciting to me, so I'd love to share with and learn from anyone who is willing to talk.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
