ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm a 22 year old guy from Melbourne Australia where I have lived for about 3 years. I am currently on a break from studying building design and am using this opportunity to go to Europe for a month. I am a pretty relaxed guy who enjoys a drink or two, good conversation and a good dance. I'm looking forward to meeting lots of new people who can show me there city or just tell me some good places to go and visit.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a newbie to CouchSurfing but some of my friends have hosted some people and they have all been really interesting and lovely people. I have wanted to host but have never had a place appropriate for it however I just love the idea of meeting new people in new places and so I thought I should try it for my travels.

兴趣

I have played classical guitar most of my life and this has lead to me having a great love of music which means I am known a bit for spontaneously singing. I also really like architecture which is why I am studying building design. Other interests include homebrew beer, which I can talk about for hours, cooking, I can cook you up a mean feast, going dancing, playing backgammon and bike riding.

Music: I am pretty much into all styles of music ranging from Classical to Country to Hip-Hop. Some of my favourite artists are Tom Waits, Neko Case(country), A Tribe Called Quest(Hip-Hop), Gillian Welsh (Country) and MF Doom (Hip-Hop), I also really like soul music Otis Redding, Sam Cooke and Etta James.
TV Shows: I really like shows like The Wire and The West Wing as well as comedies like Arrested Development.
Books: My favourite books are the books of Steinbeck and Asimov which are very different but that is just my nature.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I had a particularly fun trip to Canada in which I went drag racing which was pretty wild never been so fast in my life.
Also the Flinders Ranges in central Australia is amazing just looking out over the vast flat expanses of the Australian Dessert.
