ABOUT ME

hi im fun loving and friendly, i like a good chat about all kinds of things, im very open minded. i love films and music, nights out etc. im looking to make some friends worldwide and hope to visit as many new places as possible, it can be very boring in coventry + england has gone to the dogs in general so its time to explore more of europe. ive been to France many a many a time + Spain twice and Holland twice + Sweden and next on the list is Germany. since then have done Prague 4 times. Update for this year, went to Krakow in January and nearly froze my balls off !!! had a great time despite the weather.

i have hosted twice and been hosted thrice x thrice.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have couchsurfed in two countrys up to now and its been fantastic, my hosts were very friendly and welcoming and its been a really enjoyable experience + its great to make new friends in other countrys, had no offers from hosts in Prague, Krakow or Berlin since then My faith in C.S. has been restored ! Had a great time with 3 different hosts in Lille & Valenciennes during my Tiger Meet Trip. Very nice hostings in Zurich last October :)

i have helped to produce and acted in feature films with my director friend, two completed so far,(both horror) zero success up to now. also done lots of work with various rock bands, the most recent was vocals for an R.E.M tribute. i like to see live bands + rock/alternative clubs. most nights i watch films/classic t.v. series + play computer games, im trying to get to grips with cubase so i can do some composing. Im starting new business project shortly. I like Airshows, Military Aviation, History, Reenactment Groups, Science & Technology, Large Hadron Collider, Robotics & U.A.V's, Meta Atoms, Bio Printers etc.

Alien, Walkabout, Zulu, Airplane, Naked Gun, Ghostworld, Lost in Translation, taking of pelham 123, Bullit, Dirty Harry, The Wild Bunch, Dr Stangelove, john carpenters The Thing, Assault on precinct 13, Escape from new york, polanskis cul-de-sac + Fearless vampire killers, hard boiled, THX1138, bladerunner, i like loads of stuff really and have quite a movie collection. examples of my musical taste, i prefer music from the late 60s up to the mid 90s, i do like a lot of newer music as well though so im not a total dinosaur. some examples - hawkwind, ozrics, gong, faust, human league, kraftwerk, tears for fears, motorhead, def lep, kiss, rush, the smiths, throwing muses, killing joke, stranglers, xtc, van halen, joni mitchell, all about eve, suzanne vega, bangles, b.52s, pixies, n.w.a, pop will eat itself, neds a.d. duran duran, Japan, dead kennedys, etc etc.

walked along the very top of the pont du gard + swam in the river below, also rode around the verdun gorge on a motorcycle with the hot summer wind blowing through my hair + Went up to the very bell end of Teufelsberg tower which was really amazing !!.
