To LIVE! I mean really LIVE!

ABOUT ME
My husband and I live in Biloxi, Mississippi. We have one child, a toddler son, and we pretty much live for him right now. We hope to travel and host more when he gets a little older. My goal is to make him a world traveler by ten years old. Our ultimate travel destination would be a tour of Scotland, our ancestral home. However, Italy is at the top of my bucket list.

PHILOSOPHY

My favorite quote is "Go confidently in the direction of your dreams, Live the Life you've imagined!" - Thoreau.
I try to live by this, its my motto.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
In my single days, my friend and I used Couch surfing often. Our first experience in Peru was one I will never forget. Everyone we met up with or Couch surfed were phenomenal humans and their hospitality and friendship still follow me today. I am happy to call them life long friends.

Interesses

I am an artistic person so I see beauty in almost everything. Of course, traveling, meeting new and interesting people! I just got hooked on rappelling - had a blast and can't wait to do it again. Horseback riding, kayaking, the ballet, the opera, sitting by the bonfire roasting vegan hot dogs, playing board games with friends while drinking a bottle of wine, the list goes on and on and on.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Anything Jane Austen, I like happy books and movies - no horror or too much suspense! I get too paranoid. As far as music goes....EVERYTHING! I'm big into blues and jazz, folk, pop, classical, etc.

Not many things can come close to meeting my son for the first time. We had 24 hours to prepare for his arrival and life has never been the same.
