I'm trying to 'learn by doing', which I lifted from the 4-H society. Consequently, there are few things that I won't try.

I've traveled a fair bit, mostly in Western Europe and Southern Africa, and am happy to share stories, reminisces and anecdotes.

If you give people the opportunity to be nice to you, and let them welcome you, you usually won't be disappointed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The sand dunes at Sossusvlei in Namibia really rocked my world- they were so huge and orange and stereotypically desert-ish. That and the Okavango Delta in Botswana really were two of the highlights of my sojurns in southern Africa.
