ABOUT ME

I'm focused on traveling right now to study with some of the great fire performers and to see amazing places and people. I studied painting and drawing in college, learned a lot about other cultures from books, and now I want to learn first hand about other cultures from listening to people, hearing their stories, and immersing myself in their culture.

This project is all very new to me. I have a deep interest in understanding people and I love to share what I know.

Music is one of my deepest interests, and I listen to all types. I think the hardest thing for me to leave behind on travels tends to be my music collection. I read a lot, from political, philosophical, science, fiction, cook books, my interests are all over the place. I'm getting into yoga a lot lately. I'm obsessed with food too, and by that I mean I'm amazed at the importance of eating good food. I always want to learn more about nutrition and how certain foods and diets can heal.
