ABOUT ME

I am a mother. I am a perpetual student, sitting at the feet of my life. I have learned to nourish myself, to nurture myself and those around me... I have learned to listen. I continue to practice these things daily. I am unraveling my life's mysteries... and in doing, may inspire some others... bonus.

I am really inspired by intellect. There are many kinds of it out there and I like to look for it in each person and place.

I need excellent water, organic food and natural medicine in my life to feel expansive. I need joyful people to remind me that it's really not so serious... I love to listen. I LOVE to read. I LOVE astrology and tarot. They are tantalizing tools of divination that are most certainly formidable... I use sound to soothe. I use yoga to open and strengthen. I want even more humans in my life who have a daily practice of kindness, self love and an interest in Truth as a way of living. I am longing for the days of picking fruit from trees and walking barefoot in the ocean and I celebrate for the time I will bring these things to my daughter's life... It is soon, I can feel it!
