CURRENT MISSION

We try to find the best balance between remaining crazy students (by night), and looking like serious and reliable chemist and sales engineers (by day)... Sometimes, early in the morning, it's...hum... how can I say?... a burden.

ABOUT ME

We are both 23-year old French students, looking forward to discovering an amazing country: California! As with most students, we’re short of money but have a lot of free time... OK, 3 weeks is hardly long enough to immerse ourselves in the Californian way of life, but we’d like to make the most of these 21 days enjoying San Francisco, its inhabitants, and its “vicinity” (the national parks for example).

Paul-André (nicknames are welcome): wants to feel the heart of San Francisco beating, day after day – and night after night. He is in love with the ocean, pubs and music!
Marie-Laure (nicknames are welcome): wants to drive for hour’s through the countryside, trek and admire the gorgeous landscapes.

Both of us: dynamic, friendly, very open-minded, we’re fond of traveling and/or studying abroad (Australia, Morocco, Netherlands, Ireland, England, Egypt...). But most importantly? Open our eyes to the rest of the world, breathe deeply, and meet rewarding people. Thus, we’re looking for a great San Franciscan, ready to share their energy, knowledge, culture, happiness and -why not? ready to throw themselves into a crazy adventure!

If you hurt yourself by falling very deeply, it means that you were veeeery high!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are novices at couch surfing. So, to begin, we would like to experiment with this concept in San Francisco, and as soon as we find a flat for the coming year, we will be able to share it with travellers, from all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As written earlier, we have no experience in CouchSurfing. But we have both been living with 2, 3, 6 or even 20 flatmates (or "hostelmates" :-) Getting to know foreigners, in a foreign country is not a problem for us, quite the contrary!!
