ABOUT ME

I run a Vegan hostel in Cuba, it’s the only one there. It has received awards of excellence and many positive reviews.

Previously in London I set up and ran a family based weight management programmes, working with obese children and teenagers. It was both challenging and rewarding.

My greatest achievements include having 3 wonderful children, completing the London marathon twice, trekking along the Great wall of China, cycling from London to Paris, completing the 3 peaks mountain challenge and Trailwalker (100km) challenge in the UK. I absolutely adore travelling and had an amazing time back-packing around Thailand, Vietnam, China, Nicaragua, Hondurus, Guatamala, Mexico and Cuba. .
