I recently discovered this community while searching for a place to stay in Chicago in August 2008. I'm excited for my first couchsurfing experience!! And hopefully when I'm more settled into my new apartment, I'll have the opportunity to host too.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I witnessed a birth at a rural medical clinic in the Philippines. The baby was named after my friend and I who were both there to do volunteer work.
