ABOUT ME

Dificult to do a neutral description of us, but here we go, Pia and I (Horacio), are a very nice and easygoing couple. Both grew up in Santiago-Chile, and studied on Santiago the capital city, but now we left behind the trafic jam and all the stress involved on big cities, to moved for live at Pichilemu beach. Pichilemu its about 3 hours by bus from santiago, its a country side landscape famous for their perfect waves for surf. She (Pia) is an Industrial Designer, and Im a Civil and Industrial Engineer, after 2 years working together we got married and then we took the most important decision in our lives, leave behind Santiago.
Now our life goes between growing vegetales, do ceramics (Pia is ceramist too), building wooden things, and plans for our new way of living, ....and also to do some plans for a future travel to Asia, last trip before kids haha...
We are responsible and reliable persons, tidy, sensible and polite, in case of doubts just check our profile.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I traveled around the world, and Pia have a lot of trips too will be our pleasure to share with you all our experiences travelling and non traveling., Now we are receiving people at home in Pichilemu.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfing, all around the world in Europe, Asia, and Oceania, more then 15 places i´ve surfing so far.
Hosting, a few persons so far all good experiences too.

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Music: We like all kind of music some of our favourites are: Bob Marley, Jack Johnson, Beastie Boys, Maceo Parker, Manu Chao, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Shakti, Matisyahu, Fat Fredys, Portico Quantec, Salif Keita, etc, etc.
We like to play ukele, Didjeridu, and all kind of diferent instruments..
Sports: We enjoy doing sports, Surfing, Tennis, Running and Cycling.

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

Maybe one of the most amazing things in our life was learning to surf. That sport changes your life forever.
Another amazing thing for sure was to learn Vipassana meditation.

Ensine, Aprenda, Compartilhe

We can share our experiences travelling around lots of Countries, Chilean dishes, and I (Horacio) can teach to play and made a Didjeridu (Australian aborigine instrument) if you want.
