Hi! I'm Ida, I live in a small collective at Noerrebro, Copenhagen, so if you want to surf my couch, have a look at our common profile.

Some facts about me:
I study set design for film and theatre. I like to drink coffee at my rooftop, and if I put my all my socks in one line it'll be more than 6 m long.

Interests

Theater: I watch A LOT of theater. Mostly small, low budget productions, because I like the less is more thinking, when it comes to stage design.
It's some years ago since I played my self, but I'm still sometimes a part of the street theater group "foreningen for flere operahuse" the danish version of billionairs for Bush.

Making, wearing and watch other people wear costumes. It can be anything from a fake mustache to a banana jumpsuit, but it's always interesting to see how it change your character.

Dancing: I dance at parties, on tables and while brushing my teeth, but I also take some contemporary dance classes, which you are more than welcome to join!

Beside this I like black coffee, cross-country skiing, industrial harbors, art, hitch hiking, photography, cranes, movies and hopefully a lot of other things

Music, Movies, and Books

A well made book cover is the best. I like to look at my bookshelf, knowing that there are so many good stories and knowledge stored in them, waiting to be read... I do also read them. Mostly manuscripts for movies, theater and radio plays. When it comes to novels, my favorit writers are Italo Calvino, Franz Kafka, Dostojevskij, Michel Houellebecq, Erlend Loe, Murakami, Paul Auster, Per hoejholt and the danish poet Christel Wiinblad's poetry that always makes the goosebumps pop on my arms.

Favourite film directors:
David Lynch, Kim Ki-duk, Kitano, Chan-wook Park, Jim Jarmusch, Ang Lee, Lars von Trier, Roy Andersson, Tarkovsky, Jean-Luc Godard, Stanley Kubrick, Robert Bresson and many others..

Music: Daniel Johnston, Belle & Sebastian, Björk, Beach House, The Tallest Man on Earth, Stereo Total, Dr. Dog, Moldy Peaches, Gonjasufi, Jens Lekman, David Bowie,...I like new input, so bring your favorites!

Teach, Learn, Share

My plants would love, if you could teach me any kind of botanical skills.
I'm learning how to repair bikes. Soon I'll be able to to help reapair yours!

In our apartment we share almost everything! So please don't buy your own litlle stash of food and put in on the topshelf. Buy groceries for everybody, and feel free to grab anything from the refrigerator. And please don't ask if you can use the bathroom - just use it.
