I’m on a ski and yoga adventure across Canada and the US ending in Mexico with a charity house building project, sea kayaking and a month of yoga teacher training.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and have found that it is the people that you meet that really makes the trip worth it. I'm taking a ”gift” year and am skiing, yoga”ing” and meeting great people across Canada, down through the US TO Mexico - for a month-long yoga program.

Bella is my trusty travel buddy - a very well behaved 6-year-old German Shepherd.

I'm couch surfing to meet interesting people with shared values. Let's face it - it's the people and friends we meet along the way that make life worth while.

Interests

We like to ski in the winter and whitewater kayak/canoe in summer, when I am not at the cottage. Being at the cottage is a big thing in Canada. I am a huge outdoor and wildlife enthusiasts.

- a guided whitewater rafting trip on Colorado and Nahanni Rivers
- Backpacked through Central and South America
- Solo hikes the west coast trail of BC and the Otter Trail in South America
