ABOUT ME
Newly 23, I plan on exploring for the next year of my life. I finished up college in June of last year, worked for about 8 months in a wonderful cafe in San Francisco called the Blue Fig, then bought a one way ticket to Costa Rica and have been living the backpacker dream since. I studies Political Science and Religious Studies at University and aspire to be a college professor of Religious Studies one day. Being an academic at heart, I love to hear the opinions´ others hold on every subject and am always looking to acquire new knowledge. Other people tend to say that I am laid back, cool, easy going, kind hearted and I like to agree with such descriptions.
PHILOSOPHY
Live and Let Live, I tend to be a Relativist
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Currently, I will only be able to surf since I´m traveling South America. When I return home and settle into a place of my own, I will have an open couch policy in order to repay the kindness which people in other parts of the world have shown to me.
I aim to be a traveler, not a tourist. Therefore, I like to stay with people from the areas I visit, receiving a more authentic impression than hostels or lost planet is able to provide (although both are good).
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
CouchSurfed throughout Europe and hosted while living in Prague about 3 years ago. I have also met up with surfers in San Francisco and San Luis Obispo, California. Every experience that I have had with CouchSurfing has been a rewarding one and I look forward to the future encounters this site will allow me to have!
