ABOUT ME

Emina: I like to talk, listen and laugh...and then laugh some more. It's hard to describe myself bcs I don't really know myself yet! I procrastinate, sing out of tune, dance at home, ask loads of questions because I want to learn as much as possible. I'm very calm, my presence seems to soothe anxious people.

FX: I am a research documentalist by day and a concert and party promoter by night. I'm a country boy from Chimay (yes, Chimay where they make the famous beer!),a music nerd (I always know the freshest music, a sports fan(I can talk about soccer, NBA, NHL for ages). I shoot straight, tell it like it is, I always have a quip handy to generate laughs and I make a point of Doing the Right Thing.

PHILOSOPHY

LIVE AND LET LIVE .... can't we all just get along?
Both of us adhere to this principle. We respect everyone and their choices and beliefs and oh how we wish everyone would do the same! We're all for equality, tolerance, we're 420 friendly, LGBTQ friendly and LGBTQ -supportive. We care about the environment.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By hosting and surfing from time to time..
We are both very friendly and respectful. If you're staying with us we will give you the keys and you can make yourself at home as soon as you walk in!
If we're surfing we are very easy and low maintenance surfers, we get up in the AM and just go on a day-long visiting walkabout. Usually we plan ahead and we know what landmarks, museums, neighbourhoods, etc. we're going to see. In the evening,we like to catch up with our host for dinner, drinks, and chatting.

We also have other, non- CS houseguests very often so we are not always available to host

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Positive experiences all the way! CS is really more than just a place to crash..it's a great way to make a new friend in the world and to experience the place you're visiting ...

Learn: aha! We can teach you Dutch (who knows, it might come in handy!) or rude words in Serbian/Bosnian.
