I study Architecture & Urban Design, because I would like to design the environment where people feel welcome and are encouraged to interact with each other.
Originaly I'm from Jihlava in the middle of Czech Republic and few years ago I moved to Prague, where I study. Recently I lived in Manhattan, Kansas, where was studying architecture on Kansas State University. This has been a very inspirational time for me - in terms of architecture studies as well as knowing american culture better.
I travelled a lot in past few years - I worked in USA through Work&Travel program and I lived in New Zealand for four months. On my journeys I've met a lot of amazing people who helped me and I'm trying to help travellers as well - by hosting them and showing them around places I know.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I started Couchsurfing on my journey to Rotterdam in 2008. Since then I haven't used it a lot, but I was hosting and be a guest to a people outside of couchsurfing and all of these international meetings were very pleasant.

Today I'm looking forward to travel around United States after my semester at Kansas State University is over and I would like to meet locals and get to know new parts of American culture.

兴趣

I love orienteering running - if you don't know what it is, I'll be happy to explain, if you do I'll be glad to hear some american orienteering stories - because these are always exciting:)
I enjoy ballet very much - unfortunately I haven't learn how to dance a lot, but watching it is one of my favourite things.
I love art, street art - for me It's an essential part of every culture and it helps me get deeper into foreign cultures.
