About Me
The only constant in life is change.
Hey! I am from sunny California and I recently returned from spending two wonderful years in the Philippines as a US Peace Corps Volunteer. I taught English at a central elementary school and although it wasn't easy, it sure was rewarding! I also worked on various environmental projects, maternal and child health seminars, literacy summits for local teachers, and girls and boys clubs to promote leadership and self esteem. Prior to PC, I lived in South Korea as a government scholar teaching English at a rural elementary school. Along the same lines but less intense as PC.
Traveling: I've jumped around Asia for the last couple of years and it is spectacular. I lived in Mexico during college and met so many great people, all of whom are still my great friends.
I love music and books and lately a lot of Murakami. If any of you are Murakami fans , let's talk! ^^
