About Me

CURRENT MISSION

finding out my mission

ABOUT ME

Generally all over the place and chasing from one country to the next for the last five years, I'm a hunter and gatherer looking for interesting people and places. I'm open minded and if I calm myself down (or listen to friends advice on this) I'm good chat and love hanging around and talking philosophy for days at a time.
I'll finish studying in England next year but hang out in Dublin over the summer, and grew up in Germany and lived there most of my life.

PHILOSOPHY

The smaller the big problems, the bigger the small ones. We can't think on a global scale but we should try to rise above shoebox universe.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would love to host people, however, due to moving and students space restriction (literally lived in the tiniest place on earth last year) I havent been able to take people in. This will change with my first own couch :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Just starting out! Off to a good start in Ireland, me hopes

Interests

Social Enterprise, water polo, and finding out how I could find more time to read good books

Music, Movies, and Books

Kaiton oder Antons Geheimnis (childrens book which has a lot more to say than your average teletubby), Blueprint for a safer planet (Nicolas Stern), Neon and SZ magazine for lighter shorter entertainment. Shawn of the Dead (for some weird reason), The Others, Mullholland Drive, Adams Äpfel.
Music: floating somewhere between Indie Rock and just-in-danger-of-being-mainstream Brit Pop.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seen: how extremely different life can be in different places and how easily we adapt to that nontheless. Done:Hanging out with a drunk philosopher in an American national park after all the tourists have left also has some charme.
