HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had heard or read about CS somewhere, and decided to test it when I travelled to Iceland, last year. Fortunately, I found a place where to stay (see my reference for Tinna Gígja below) and it was a wonderful experience. From then I have been corresponding with CSers, and I experienced nice meetings here in Rio. I hosted three CSers so far (and I feel I got three friends...)

I am an avid "see-all-around" traveler. I have seen amazing things on Nature: polar lights, glaciers, deserts, the Amazon jungle... But even a few miles from my home I can be amazed, trekking in the mountains around Rio, or sailing at Ilha Grande bay...
