ABOUT ME

Too much to say but since I always talk a lot, you'll soon find out what was missing:

I want to work in the non-profit sector not because I'm a saint but because i try to do something useful, that makes me feel good and i try and avoid being materialistic or getting attached to jobs, houses, cars, mortgages etc.
I'd rather choose a more Bohemian lifestyle so I'm allowed to move around, change countries, learn new languages, discover new cultures...classic, but i love it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I unfortunately have no couch at home but will be happy to leave my double-bed whenever i'm not there and take people for a coffee and tour (trust me, you'll find no better guide! i just improvised a pub crawl for Brasilians last night, they're still alive and kicking;) which is amazing, knowing Belgian beers are strong...
Similarly, if you want to know about history and culture, i'm your girl since i'll take you to my favourite museums and buildings (love architecture, ah! art nouveau in Brussels,a pearl!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Back in Geneva, my housemates and I hosted 2 guys, 1 from Quebec and the other from Brasil. My housemate was the one registered in this service.
I have also other friends using this service so I've met couple more couchsurfers and felt like joining for a while.

Art and culture in general, mostly cinema (not for entertainment only!)
Drinks with friends
Politics and Economics (avid reader of the Economist despite being clearly left-wing)
Activist for social rights and the environment even around my friends (don't throw your cigarette tail on the street, don't smoke in a child's presence, you're polluting his lungs!

sorry but that's another thing about me, i am honest and direct (call it blunt if u want but i compensate for it with a smooth delicate voice and a huge smile so people rarely get offended!:p

ok, i can cook, teach languages, show you how to down a pint in one go! ;)
i think the teaching happens unconsciously depending on the person's needs and skills, it varies, so no point trying to state all of them here.
