ABOUT ME

We are a couple with love for travelling!!! In the last 11 months we visited Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Ecuador in a backpacking trip. Summer trips usually go all throughout Europe including a one time ocean crossing to Canada for 5 weeks. Mariska spent 6 months living in France and 6 months in Spain during studies, André decided to spend 10 months travelling in Asia, Australia and New Zealand just after he finished studies. We own nothing but a lot of experiences and stories that came from all over the world!

A weakness for comic book movies... and foreign/art housy movies. Little Miss Sunshine, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Constant Gardner. Music comes from all over the world, books in all the languages we speak.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mariska: camping in bear country in Canada, no bears around but Andre had a scary bear nightmare!
Andre: seeing Bolivian children glow when we feed them and play with them in the volunteer project we joined for two months this year.

Teach, Learn, Share

We teach and learn languages and share everything we ever saw during our travels over the world. We are a kind of walking travel guide books for many destinations. We love to learn to cook your favorite national dishes and teach you ours, though The Netherlands do not have an international renowned kitchen...
