ABOUT ME

I am a rural community development volunteer with the Peace Corps in Costa Rica from now until Julyish 2011! I'm an easy going person who gets along with just about anyone, loves to explore, and enjoys the good things in life: good food, good music, good wine, good people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I first CouchSurfed in Dublin where my friend and I stayed with some amazing guys who gave us the royal treatment. Then she and I were crammed onto the tiny couch of a crazy girl in Cork who threatened to attack tourists with a frozen fish stowed under her bed. So I've gotten both extremes of the CS experience and I'm still in love with it ;)

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I helped rebuild roofs and introduce fuel-efficient, clean-energy cook stoves at Siete de Abril, a village outside El Progreso, Honduras. In the same city, I got my ass kicked in soccer by 5 year olds at Copprome Orphanage. It's like they trained in the womb!

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach you how to ride a motorcycle or do a bollywood dance routine. Sing you a few torch songs, make you dinner, or give you a great massage. I'd love to learn to play guitar or the harmonica and I always welcome any chance to jam.
