About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get wise

ABOUT ME

I'm from Denmark, and currently live in Copenhagen.

I'm a very outgoing person, and I always like to get to know new people, espesially from foreign countries.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm convinced that, if I used a great amount of time and braincapacity philosofying on the meaning of life I'd reach the conclusion that I was already doing the right things in the first place, except for the time I spent thinking, so I don't. I believe that the things that are worth achieving are the obviouse things you instinctively want:
-happiness
-great achievments (grasping for eternity)
-anything you think you want

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't have an apartment and can thus not host people, so currently my participation is limited to surfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a japanese girl sleep in my flat back in 2010.
I couchsurfed at Erika's place (see references) in Berkeley in 2011

Interests

I like competitions and sports in general. Especially:
-Football (that's soccer to americans)
-Basketball
-Any team sport with a ball
-Boardgames
-Computergames

I play the guitar, though not as much as when I was younger. I still play once in a while, when someone needs a guitarist for some party, gig or whatever.
I also play the piano, but I never really got around to buying one for my apartment, so I'm still pretty crappy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once won a medal because I'm so awesome at mathematics. That was pretty cool.

Teach, Learn, Share

How to drink a Pirate-Tequila:

1. Serve an indecent amount of tequila in a large glass (one for each guy at the table), Cut out slices of lemon for everyone, roll up a money-bill to a cylindrical form, place some salt on the table.
2. In turns each person rapidly completes steps 3-6
3. Snort the salt by using the rolled-up bill (like if you did cocain or something, not that I ever do drugs)
4. Drink up your tequila
5. Squeeze some lemonjuice in either eye
6. Someone (decide in advance) punches the poor guy in the face

Why is this funny?:
It's funny because you never notice step 4, both because step 3 is much worse and because you are too afraid of step 5 and 6. You end up being drunk, without noticing what happened and everyone laughs at your pain.
It's also funny because you get the rare pleasure of punching your mate in the face...

Yes it's a very guy thing and it's wildly primitive, but sometimes the central goal of drinking is to decent into a primitive state.
