ABOUT ME

i like to draw and fold paper planes. i am a friendly, creative person. i have just moved to london from melbourne to study illustration. i like to cook, make art, music, read books, have a drink, a cup of tea, draw pictures of bicycles....ride bicycles (i am in the market for a new old bike) i like discovering new places. did you know there is a place in london called crystal castle, i think that is really something.

PHILOSOPHY

i believe that you shouldn't waste an opportunity, and you have to do things while you are still young (although i also believe that you can still do lots when you're old/older...)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i am new to couch surfing, but have been friends with it for about a year now. it was introduced to me through a few friends who had lots of c.surfers at their house. our household hosted some overflow from their house.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

as i said above, i have had c.surfers to stay and met a whole lot through my friends, we would all hang out in melbourne and now i am in berlin and have stayed at one of their places. it feels like a lovely big family.

i enjoy art, music, tea cups, coffee making and drinking, books, walking, riding my old bicycle, outdoor activities, hanging out with friends, meeting new people, not keeping time, wriggling my toes in the sand, diving under water, lapping in a pool, dancing, boogieing, jiving, jumping...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

traveling to cambodia and working in an orphanage for 2 weeks. also traveling to east timor with my mum and going up into the villages in the mountains to look at an aid project there. what an experience that was, such beautiful landscape and such beautiful people.
also swimming and snorkeling and being really scared and excited by the world underwater!

teach: about my home town, and what i have learnt and seen through living traveling and being.
learn: about new places and people, new ways of doing things and being someone/thing different.
share: to share all of these things all the time, not just when we surf on couches. a continued sharing.
