ABOUT ME

I am an hybrid; an amalgamation of two races, two cultures and two religions. Growing up as a child proved . . . . . . well, interesting, at the very least, if not also confusing. With magnetic force I find my North and South repel often, my East and West meet, sniff, taste and often spit each other back out; a love-to-hate relationship of sorts.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in fairness and justice. I believe to be respected you must first respect. I believe in living each day to the full and being grateful for all the good in our lives.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I always have people staying over at mine, often from very different parts of the world, although the majority are usually friends of friends. Most of my friends are a little suspicious of the notion of a complete stranger selflessly willing to host another stranger. So I guess my way of participating is by talking to friends, in order to promote the couchsurfing ideals . . .

1. Scuba diving off the coast of Mozambique in shark infested waters
2. Enter the Mouth of Hell at Cerro Rico, Potosi, Bolivia
3. Horseback riding through the Valley of Death, Chile
4. Get ambushed by gun wielding men in Kashmir, India
5. One helluva road traffic accident whilst working in Taiwan, and survive to tell the tale
