ABOUT ME

I used to describe myself as an adventurer with itchy feet and lots of dreams. Now I love every day: I love my apartment, I love my job, I love karate and I have found a special person I love, too. I feel like I am living the dream and no longer have itchy feet.

That said, I still also like travelling and want to see new places every year.

I enjoy sports a lot, and almost anything goes :) Karate takes up most of my time. I have a black belt in koryu uchinadi karate, but am really a very calm and nice person! Other sports I do on a semi-regular basis are football, going to the gym, snowboarding, cycling etc.

Nature is my hobby, passion and lifestyle, although I'm 100% an urbanite. It's just amazing how being in the nature calms ones nerves and makes one so happy. I don't get to go to the nature so much normally (no car), but on holidays I try to make up for it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted in the past, when I still lived alone in a bigger studio flat in Helsinki. Right now I am unfortunately much too busy to meaningfully connect (I spend pretty much all my free time training martial arts). On my travels I always try to connect with CSers.

Amazing! Both hosting and surfing have been great ways of connecting with so many different people!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Bungee jumping gave me an adrenaline high for a week! Also kayaking in the Norwegian fjords, hiking/skiing in the Alps, my summer cottage in Finland.
I have a 2nd dan black belt in Koryu uchinadi karate and run the best sports club in the world ;)
I have found the most amazing guy to share my life with
