i wanna move out of my family home soon so i can provide couches for fellow travellers... but for now, i can play guide and show you around my tiny island-country.

music list is explosive.. i hate to admit it but i'm quite the music snob - independent artists and really obscure bands in any crazy genre such as post-rock, dreampop, shoegaze etc.
some examples - andrew bird, beach house, belle and sebastian, blonde redhead, broken social scene, elliott smith, explosions in the sky, feist, film school, jenny lewis, M83, mazzy star, MGMT, morrissey, rilo kiley, stars, the radio dept., the killers, the knife, the velvet teen, yeah yeah yeahs, yndi halda, yo la tengo

ooh fav movies are Breakfast at Tiffany's, Billy Elliot, High Fidelity, Empire Records... my memory's failing me now.

i also enjoy reading books by alot of dead writers, lots of old-school literature such as Thomas Hardy, C.S Lewis, Emily Bronte, Hemingway etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Serving at an orphanage in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and visiting AIDs patients in the hospital.
