ABOUT ME

7th generation Acadian from Nova Scotia. Always wanted to live big and go far. Love to paint and write. Recently took an amazing journey through the US, which includes a backpack and hitch-hiking. It takes a lot of faith in the goodness of man; wits; unfailing humour; and knowing when to take the bus instead.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I spent a year back-packing in Europe last century - but then most Couch Surfers have done that, been there. Um, if you'll forgive the clunky name-drops: Leonard Cohen used to come over for brunch and dinner and brought me flowers; had lunch with Federico Fellini in Rome; and I spent nearly 14 incredibly vitalizing years as wife of an internationally renown poet 48 yrs my senior...stuff like that. Oh, and my native language is a mix of 16th century French and English. I'll be happy to speak some for you!
