About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to find the funny moments in life
ABOUT ME
"Kerryn works then travels. That's her life. She goes away on a trip for 3-6 months, comes back, works for awhile to earn more money to go away again on another trip."
- a friend.
Yes, this is how I've lived for the past 8 years and I regret nothing. I have done the school/university thing awhile back, now I am visiting the world.
PHILOSOPHY
I'm a bit old to be open to everything. I've tried many things, and now know what I like. I'm not big into parties, but am big into dorky Star Wars/Back To The Future marathons. C'est la vie.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The first time I couchsurfed, I walked into the (smallish) lounge room to find about 9 people strewn all across the couches and floor (and hallway) and another 4 or 5 in other rooms. They were all asleep from their big night before.
And so I was like, 'oh, so this is what couch surfing is.'
(It's not. Usually.)
Interests
I like words a lot. And eating delicious food. And cooking delicious food.
- dining
- cooking
- vegan
- partying
- drawing
- surfing
Music, Movies, and Books
I like clever funny movies, or just clever movies.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A 360 rainbow at Victoria Falls, Zambia. There was a wall of mist and the sun was behind me on the border bridge and I saw a complete rainbow.
Also, La Tomatina in Valencia was pretty surreal.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can cook a mean vegan meal, speak English very well and draw an okay elephant.
I am a continual learner of Spanish.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Bolivia, Botswana, Canada, France, Germany, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Serbia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe
Countries I’ve Lived In
Australia, Peru, Zambia
