ABOUT ME

I am a happy open individual who chooses to see the beauty and wonder this world has to offer. I love to travel and experience the diversity and new experiences that different places have to offer as well as to seek the similarities and familiarity we all share as human beings despite the differences in culture and language. I have a passion for circus art and culture. For me, it is a wonderful empowering way for me to channel my 'party-girl' energy into something productive that keeps me fit and healthy. It is so fun to 'play dressups' and to don a new character. To me, it is so important in this world of potential sadness and danger to maintain a sense of humour, laugh and have fun.

PHILOSOPHY

To bring a bit of fun and awakening to my own life as well as others ... while contributing to the collective experience that is life. The cup is always half full...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am still working out this whole couch surfing thing. For me, right now while I am travelling, the best way I can participate is to bring my experience, friendship and stories to new cultures in a repectful exchange.

I hope to reciprocate the offering of a couch in the future when I return home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Mostly my experience with couch surfing has been determined by going to places I already know people who have invited me to stay, which is great! How fortunate am I? Last year I stayed with friends in Leipzig Germany, Rouen France, Stoke Newington UK, Winterthur Switzerland and San Francisco USA. I'm very good at being a good guest.

The CouchSurfing.com site, however, provides me an opportunity to explore places where I am yet to meet people. To me, a place/city, has little meaning unless you meet and spend time with its inhabitants. Site seeing has its limits. Getting to know people enables a deeper, richer experience of a place.
